These are high-reliability connectors in the smallest package for mission-critical applications where size and weight limitations restrict the use of larger connectors. Typical applications include UAV’s, satellites, missile systems, and geophysical instruments. Ulti-Mate nanominiature circular connectors are built in accordance with MIL-DTL-32139, assuring intermateability and interchangeability with other connectors and meet the electrical, mechanical and interface requirements of this military specification. RECTANGULAR HERMAPHRODITIC NANOMINIATURE CONNECTOR TO MIL-DTL-32139
UIti-Mate Dual Row Hermaphroditic Nano connectors are ultra-low profile connectors available in fully molded Liquid Crystal Polymor or full metal bodies. Hermaphroditic connectors are designed so that pin and socket contacts are balanced in arrangement such that both mating connectors are identical. These wired, rectangular connectors are built in accordance with MIL-DTL-32139 and available in 8 to 80 contact layouts. Each pin contact is captured on a reel, in its order of manufacture, assuming consistency of design and more importantly quality control. It is not a discrete contact where each one is unique in manufacture. Typical applications are in the defense, avionics, UAV and space markets where extremely small interconnects are needed.
WIRED NANOMINIATURE SINGLE ROW SINGLE ENDED CONNECTOR TO MIL-DTL-32139
Available in several layouts including: single-row metal or liquid crystal polymer shells, in up to 51 sizes. Ulti-Mate Nanominiature Single Row, Single Ended Plug and Receptacle are built in accordance with MIL-DTL-32139 specifications. The precision formed pin and socket contracts, are stamped and inserted in order of manufacture, creating consistency and dependability where you need it most.
